Who we are
Port Realty Corp is a second generation family owned business. It was started in 1950 by two brothers with a good vision of the Brooklyn real estate business. It was the first Hispanic owned real estate office in Brooklyn at that time. Port Realty’s reputation in Sunset Park and the surrounding communities is well recognized.
Through its relationships with other agents and brokers outside of Brooklyn, Port Realty has the ability to provide full brokerage services in all parts of New York City. It also has an excellent broker referral network in New Jersey.
Our focus is in the sales of all types of residential properties, multifamily residential properties, mixed use properties and development sites.
Port Realty also provides advice to condominium developers in Sunset Park and Park Slope. In fact, Port Realty was instrumental in bringing condominium development to Sunset Park in mid 2000’s.
In addition to property sales and rentals, Port Realty provides property management services, property valuations and advice to developers and builders.
